Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, but please respect our time as we respect yours. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee with the credit card on file. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee with the credit card on file. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be adjusted and certain steps may be skipped to respect the next client’s time. The full service fee will still apply. Booking an appointment confirms that you agree to this policy. We value your time and trust—and ask for the same in return so we can provide the best experience for every client.
